• All product purchases are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including orders affected by stock shortages, regulatory restrictions, or pricing errors.
• Products are intended for use in compliance with local laws and regulations in the destination country. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the purchased items are legal to possess, import, and use in your jurisdiction.

• Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment; we reserve the right to reject or cancel orders before shipment for valid business reasons.
• All payments must be completed via the approved payment methods on the website. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
• Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed for shipment from our European Warehouse. Processing timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping & Logistics (European Warehouse)

• We provide a valid tracking number and shipping label for all dispatched orders. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your delivery address; including the recipient’s email is recommended for real-time delivery alerts.
• Shipping timelines are estimates and depend on carrier performance, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
• Due to the special nature of our products, shipping insurance is not available for European deliveries. Any logistics risks after the package is scanned online (including tracking freezes, customs detention, inspection delays, or transit loss) are borne by the customer.
• Our European Warehouse does not accept returned parcels. DHL returns will be destroyed directly by the carrier with no option for interception, reshipment, or refund.

5. Returns, Refunds & After-Sales

• Missing items require a complete unboxing video for immediate reshipment; claims without video evidence will be reviewed only after warehouse inventory verification.
• We do not offer refunds, reshipments, or compensation for issues caused by incorrect address details, recipient absence, tracking interruptions, customs detention, or partial in-transit product loss.
• No returns or exchanges are accepted unless explicitly approved by our customer service team in advance.

• Monitor your order tracking status regularly and arrange prompt package collection to avoid delivery failures.
• Comply with all local laws, import rules, and age restrictions related to the purchase and use of our products.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
